Alex is an experienced employment law specialist who focuses on developing strong working relationships with her clients and peers.

As an experienced investigator, Alex is regularly appointed as an external and independent investigator to produce high quality impartial reports. She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and holds the AWI Institute Certificate in international best practice investigations (AWI-CH). Alex has carried out investigations on a wide range of matters including sexual misconduct and bullying. Alex is also engaged by complainants and respondents to guide them through what can often be a confusing and challenging landscape.

Alex and her highly capable team work in a proactive, cost effective manner to manage risk exposure, for both employers and employees. Alex enjoys dispute resolution and appears in mediations, and before the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
