With a background in both HR and employment law, Claudia brings a well-rounded perspective to workplace relations. She holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, and spent several years working in HR before moving into employment law.
As an Employment Law Advocate, Claudia represented employees across a wide range of workplace matters, including personal grievances, disciplinary processes, mediation, and Employment Relations Authority proceedings. This experience gave her a practical understanding of New Zealand employment law and the challenges faced by both employers and employees.
Claudia now works as a Legal Executive while completing her Bachelor of Laws, continuing to broaden her legal knowledge and practice. Although her current role extends beyond employment law, she remains passionate about the field and is committed to keeping up to date with developments in employment relations and workplace law.
