Jason Tuck

I have a Business degree (BBS) from Massey UNiversity with a treble Major in Hr, ER and OD combined with over 30 years Human Resources and Employment Relations Management experience. I have utilised my skills and experience in the Public Health and Housing sectors, for NGO’s and well-known companies such as Carter Holt Harvey and Air New Zealand. In 2017 I established my own business, Employment Relations Specialists (ERS). I have many well-known clients including, the Ports of Auckland, T&G Fresh, St John’s, Countdown, Goodman Fielder and many more. I joined the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) as an Employment Consultant in 2017 to provide specialist advise and support to member businesses on general HR issues, collective negotiation, harassment and bullying investigations, restructuring, and performance / disciplinary issues. I was a finalist in the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand HR Specialist of the year in 2015 and 2019 and am qualified in a wide variety of specialized HR tools. I am a Chartered member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand and a registered Private Investigator.
