Kate Bacchus is an experienced HR and people-capability consultant with more than 25 years’ experience across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. She’s worked with multinationals, listed companies, crown entities, local government and SMEs, helping leaders at all levels within the business confidently navigate complex people challenges, grow their skills and confidence, and embed HR practices that protect both business performance and people outcomes.
Kate holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management), is a Certified ECD Consultant & Mentor, as well as a Licensed Private Investigator. She has been a Chartered Member of HRNZ since 2010, and is known for clear thinking, strong judgment, commercial awareness and pragmatic solutions that get to the heart of the issue.
Kate partners with leaders on change management, employment relations, people strategy, organisational design, leadership capability and culture-focused change.
