Lisa Oakley BCom, PGdipBusAdmin, MMgmt, GradDipOccHealth&Safety CFHRINZ, CAHRI is a past Board Member and past National Vice President of HRNZ. Lisa has 20 years’ experience in HR and HSE in large scale service environments in Australia and New Zealand across a range of industries. Notably she has worked with Spark and Air New Zealand as well as many Not for Profit organisations and SME’s as a Consultant. Lisa is presently a volunteer Business Mentor through Business Mentors NZ and has lectured Employment Relations and Contemporary HR at Massey University. Lisa is a Consultant, Facilitator, Coach, Project and Change Lead, Qualified Mediator, Licensed Private Investigator, and experienced Collective Bargaining Negotiator.
