Pip Simmons is the founder of Bona Fide Consulting, an HR advisory practice that helps New Zealand businesses navigate employment relations issues with confidence, and without unnecessary stress or cost.
With over 20 years' experience across employment relations, dispute resolution, leadership development, and recruitment, Pip combines legal training (LLB, University of Canterbury 2004; admitted 2005) with deep insight into human behaviour. She is an AMINZ certified mediator and DiSC® coach, bringing both rigour and practicality to every engagement.
Pip works with SMEs, owner-operators, and growing businesses across a range of industries throughout New Zealand. She is known for responsive, plain-English advice and a pragmatic approach that keeps matters on track.
