Rhys Walker is an employment advocate based in Pahiatua, Manawatū, and is the Director of Fair & Square. He represents employees in employment grievances on a no-win, no-fee basis, and provides fixed-fee, one-off support for people who simply need someone in their corner for an important workplace meeting or situation.
With a Diploma in Law, Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution), and Legal Executive Diploma, Rhys has spent years working across all aspects of employment relations, especially in the investigation and mediation space. A true generalist, he works across personal grievances, disciplinary processes, performance issues, workplace conflict, redundancy and the many other issues that arise throughout the employment relationship, with a particular focus on finding practical ways forward and resolving issues wherever possible.
