Join us for another ELINZ seminar – this time on becoming a Legal Aid Provider!

As an ELINZ Member, you are eligible to apply to the Ministry of Justice to become a Legal Aid Provider.   This will be an insightful webinar with Ashleigh Fechney (ELINZ Member & Legal Aid Provider) on the vital role of employment advocates in providing legal aid services. We’ll explore the evolution from the Legal Services Act of 1991 to the current framework under the Employment Relations Act 2000, highlighting how non-lawyer representatives have been empowered to support employees in need.
