Tom works with employers and employees to guide them through disciplinary and performance management processes. He also advises on personal grievances, restraint of trade, and all manner of employment situations. He is well versed in minimum entitlements and employment legislation. Health and safety also falls into Tom’s area of expertise, from pre-emptive policy development through to prosecution stage.
